Viola C. Rowe, 102, of Russell, Kansas, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020 at Main Street Manor in Russell.
The daughter of Jesse L. “Tobe” and Eula (McDonald) Robinson. Viola was born on October 23,
1917, in Drumright, Oklahoma. On August 24, 1940, she married Ivan E. Rowe in McAlester, Oklahoma.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Ivan on December 01, 2000; two sisters Frankie Davis Ruble and Joyce Lee Yandell.
Surviving family include several nieces and nephews.
At her request there will be no viewing of the body or no funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Burial will be at the Holdenville City Cemetery in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary of Russell, Kansas, is in charge of the funeral service arrangements.
