Skyler Logan Warren, 23, of Great Bend, Kansas, passed away from injuries from an automotive accident on Sunday, December 24, 2023 near Sterling, Kansas.
Skyler was born March 29, 2000 in Hays, Kansas. He was the son of Brandon M. Warren and Jennifer Rosenberg.. He grew up mainly in the Goodland, Kansas, and Ellis, Kansas, area. He graduated from Ellis High School.
Skyler was a cowboy and cattle wrangler for the Knights Feedlots.
Skyler had to face many hurdles in life and was so kind hearted and had a contagious laugh. He enjoyed fishing, camping, singing and listening to rap music. The most important thing in his life was his daughter Luna and was looking forward to being a step-father.
Skyler’s surviving family include his daughter, Luna Warren of Great Bend, Kansas; fiancé’ Shelia Stiers of the home; step daughters, Katrina, Danielle, Emma and Adriana; step son, Sabastian; mother, Jennifer Meis (Tom) of Fairport, Kansas; father, Brandon Warren of Kanorado, Kansas; brothers, Seth Warren of Russell, Kansas and Alexander Warren of Goodland, Kansas; sisters, Michelle Voorhees (Kevin) of Topeka, Kansas, Desire’e Lopez of Kansas City, Missouri, Jessica Weatherford of Elwood, Kansas, and Serena Rosenberg of Park City, Kansas; maternal grandparents, Kenneth & Debbie Rosenberg of Weir, Kansas; paternal grandfather, Rick Warren of Goodland, Kansas; and great grandmother, Edna Warren of Kanorado, Kansas. A Memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Cremation has taken place. Condolences may be sent to Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, who is in charge of the arrangements.
