Lloyd Leroy Snook, 72, of Russell, Kansas, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at his residence. Leroy was born on Friday, February 13, 1948, in Russell, Kansas, the son of Oscar M. and Beulah (Burke) Snook.  He grew up in Russell and graduated from Russell High School in the class of 1966.  He then attended a tech school. Evelyn was born September 28, 1923 in Frisco, Oklahoma.  She was the daughter of John and Florence (Bedwell) Echols.  She grew up on a farm near Frisco, and attended country schools in the Stonewall and Ada, Oklahoma area.
