Tamara Rayette Conser, 73, of Russell, Kansas, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas. Tamara was born August 12, 1946 in Syracuse, Kansas.  She was one of ten children born to Raymond L. and Doris M. (Crozier) Kinzie.  She grew up in Syracuse and graduated from Syracuse High School in the Class of 1964. Dorothy Elizabeth (Kaufman) Bay, 98, of Russell, Kansas, entered into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the home of her son and beloved daughter-in-law in College Station, Texas. Edna Doris Tittel, 94, of Russell, Kansas, died on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Edna was born on December 23, 1925, in Milberger, Kansas, the daughter of George K. and Mary K. (Kraft) Steinert.  She grew up in the Milberger and Russell County, Kansas, areas and attended school in Hoisington, Kansas.  She met, fell in love and was united in marriage to Raymond R. Dennis was born November 29, 1941 in Russell, Kansas.  He was one of five children born to Sam and Alma (Mai) Kilian.  He grew up in Russell and graduated from Russell High School in the Class of ’59. Marjoane was born June 7, 1932 in Tilden, Nebraska. She was one of six children born to Earl R. and Olive A. (Wagner) Petersen. She grew up on a farm near Tilden and graduated from Tilden High School. Marjoane was united in marriage to John W. Frost on June 15, 1952 in Neligh, Nebraska. Richard L. Lewis, 80, of Henderson Nevada, passed away on Tuesday, June 2 in Henderson, Nevada. Richard was born in Russell Kansas, to Joseph Victor Lewis and Edna Ruth Lewis on December 10, 1939. Richard completed a Master’s Degree in mathematics from Pittsburg State University. Wilma Jean “Jeannie” Bailey, 90, of Hays, Kansas and formerly of Russell, Kansas, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020 at the Via Christ Village in Hays. Jeannie was born December 20, 1929 on the family farm in Barton County, Kansas.  She was one of seventeen children to Henry and Mollie (Miller) Wilhelm.  She grew up on the farm in northern Barton County and attended country schools.
