Patricia Ann Radke, 84, of Russell, Kansas, died on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Wheatland Nursing Center in Russell. Patricia was born on November 27, 1935, in Wewoka, Oklahoma, the daughter of Cecil and Gertrude Lynch.  Her family moved around to several places but eventually made Russell, Kansas, her permanent home.  She graduated from Russell High School in the class of 1953.  After high school, she graduated from Ft. Tamara was born August 12, 1946 in Syracuse, Kansas.  She was one of ten children born to Raymond L. and Doris M. (Crozier) Kinzie.  She grew up in Syracuse and graduated from Syracuse High School in the Class of 1964. Edna was born on December 23, 1925, in Milberger, Kansas, the daughter of George K. and Mary K.
