Irvin Duane Miller, 81, of Russell, Kansas, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the Russell Regional Hospital in Russell. Duane was born January 12, 1938 in Fairport, Kansas.  He was one of two sons born to Irvin Fred and Ruby Pearl (Finch) Miller.  He grew up and attended schools in Fairport and Natoma, Kansas.  He graduated from Natoma High School. Robert Glen Ulrich, 66 of Garden City, died Sunday, November 17, 2019 at his home in Garden City.  He was born January 20, 1953 in Phillipsburg, Kansas the son of Glen Earl & Betty Loraine (Van Allen) Ulrich. Robert worked in the oilfield business in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Nebraska for more than 30 years.  He retired in 2019 from Helena Chemical in Garden City.  Robert enjoyed NASCAR, NHRA racing, and college sports, especially KU.  He loved animals, especially his cats Stubbs and Abby.
