, 69 of Russell died
Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the
Gary worked in the oil fields for over 50 years mostly as a pumper.
He also has been working the last few years at Alco.
Gary was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Russell.
He was a quiet man that loved to tinker
and fix things.
He was an avid fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Surviving family include his wife of 48 years, Sharon of the home; four children, Becky Weese and companion Louis Bolack of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Barry Weese and wife Jeanette of Topeka, Kansas, Tarry Weese and companion Connie Gregoire of Salina, Kansas and Jaron Weese of Russell, Kansas; sister, Patricia Alley of Pratt, Kansas; four grandchildren, Lillianne Zuspann, Patrick Zuspann, Brandon Weese and Alexis Weese. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Celebration of Garys Life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary of Russell with Pastor Dale Lane officiating.
