Wanda Lou (Benso) Christensen , 83 of St. George, Utah, passed away December 15, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Wanda was born April 5, 1929 in Gorham, Kansas, the daughter of Stanley C. Benso and Elsie Gosser Benson Killian. She grew up in Gorham and graduated from Gorham Rural High School.
Wanda was united in marriage to Harold Christensen.
Surviving family include her husband Harold of the home; brother, William Benso and wife Beverly, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Wilma Jean Sawyer.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 1, 2013 at the Gorham Community Church of Gorham, Kansas. A private family interment service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent in care of Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary of Russell, who is in charge of these arrangements.
